Kanata/Stittsville section of Ottawa is a family-oriented community in the National Capital Region. It offers a whole range of amenities and services. Miles of trails and pathways for biking, walking and cross-country skiing. Kanata is located to the West of the Parliament Building about a 20-30 minutes drive from downtown Ottawa depending on where you live within the community, and is located outside the Greenbelt. It now literally flows into Stittsville which is slightly further west. Both great family oriented communities with Stittsville retaining a its main street Village atmosphere.

Kanata houses the Canadian Tire Centre, home of the Ottawa Senators and many other shows and entertainment. This well planned community offers a broad range of housing by different builders and developers. Plenty of high-technology goods-producing companies are located throughout Kanata’s five business parks. This community is very vibrant.
